The All-Star Ice Tote is heat-sealed thermoplastic-lined in styrofoam with a hard plastic handle that snaps shut. The heat-sealing technique prevents the bag from leaking, and the styrofoam keeps the contents cold yet allows the bag to be folded flat when not in use.
